1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contractual agreement between you ("User", "Student", or "Candidate") and HireeBridge ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, completing an enrollment transaction, or utilizing any portion of the platform, you agree to be strictly bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Platform & Explicit Non-Employment Disclaimer

HIREEBRIDGE PROVIDES STRUCTURED EDUCATIONAL INTERNSHIP SIMULATIONS, PRACTICAL PROJECT CURRICULA, AND FACILITATED COMPLETION CREDENTIALS.

Enrollment in any HireeBridge program, whether Certificate Program (₹99), Project Based Internship (₹199), or Comprehensive Program (₹500), does NOT create an employer-employee relationship, labor contract, apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, or promise of paid employment.

Candidates are independent learners completing self-paced or guided practical projects. Nothing on this website, in offer letters, or on completion certificates guarantees employment, hiring preference, corporate sponsorship, or academic degree conferral.

3. Credential Facilitation & Academic Integrity

Credentials issued through the platform present GreyRocks Digital Engineering as the issuing corporate entity. Candidates agree to submit authentic, original work. Plagiarism, automated code scraping without attribution, or submitting fraudulent repositories constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate program termination and revocation of credential verification records without notice or refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The HireeBridge brand name, vector logos, platform software, curriculum designs, and synopsis templates are the exclusive intellectual property of HireeBridge. Students retain ownership of original project code written during their internship, granting HireeBridge a non-exclusive license to inspect, evaluate, and showcase anonymized project deliverables.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HIREEBRIDGE, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, REPUTATIONAL INJURY, COLLEGE REJECTION, OR SYSTEM INTERRUPTIONS.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF HIREEBRIDGE FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE EXACT AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HIREEBRIDGE FOR THE SPECIFIC PROGRAM ENROLLMENT IN DISPUTE.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HireeBridge, GreyRocks, their officers, partners, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misrepresentation of your credentials, or violation of third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Dispute Resolution & Sole Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Pune/Maharashtra, India. The proceedings shall be conducted in English.
